Congratulations to Christopher Souliere for being elected to the board for the Home Builders Association of Greater Springfield.

Christopher Souliere is a third-generation custom homebuilder having started Soul Properties almost 20 years ago. He began his career as a Real Estate broker and property investor before creating Soul Properties which specializes in spec and custom home building as well as home remodeling. Christopher’s focus has always been on energy efficient homes, and was one of the first builders in Southwest MO to commit to 100% of projects conforming to the EPA’s Energy Star standards, with homes HEERS ratings as low as 42.

Prior to his election to serve on the HBA board of directors, Christopher served as a planning and zoning commissioner for the city of Nixa for 11 years.

Christopher has a passion for architecture including homes of yesteryear. Although he loves building new homes, he loves living in his 120-year-old house with all of its quirks and unique personality, When not at home, you’ll find Christopher and his wife, Chantel, hiking a mountain or at a beach.
