💁🏻♀️Some of the things no one talks about during weight loss/weight gain journey is:
👚The clothes you mourn that no longer fit. I see people get upset often from weight gain going up a few sizes and forget that when we lose weight we are feeling the same thing. Through the past 4 years my weight has fluctuated drastically. From being thin to being pregnant, then losing weight, weight gain through pandemic, all over the place😂😂
💰The money you spend fluctuating weight!!!! You gain weight-you need bigger clothes
You lose weight- you need smaller clithes. Sometimes we get rid of clothes because we are in hopes to stay the same forever (we don’t stay the same forever, that’s a story for another post), We are in hopes to stay in our routine. We are in hopes that IF we gain/lose, it won’t be too much of a difference so we’ll be fine 😅 Now….. when you get rid of clothes, it’s HARD to get any value back for that money spent and it SUCKS!!!!! Thrift stores don’t give you much for adult clothes- you’re lucky into even get $3 😅 but if you know somewhere lemmmme know! 🤣🤣
🥗Eating good is hard. It’s boring, I’ll admit. It’s not like I hate ‘healthier’ options, it gets hard when you have cravings 🤣 No matter how tasty and creative you are with healthier options-ya get burnt out 🤷🏻♀️
🤸♂️Working out is HARD, especially when it’s been a while or have never done it, your body WILL adjust. You WILL live. Get creative with your work outs and don’t be afraid to sweat and feel the burn.
😅So to fill you in… health coaches, nutritionist, personal trainers ect. We’re NOT lying when we say ‘you HAVE to put the work in’ for results, there is no short cut.. sorry 🤷🏻♀️
I’m 21lbs down 🤩🤩🤩 since March and it wasnt easy but I am SO happy mentally. I feel stronger, I have tons of energy, I get up early again, I feel less stressed and for those who know me.. I have TERRIBLE sleeping issues (I tried everything)- my sleep is phenomenal 🤌
——- and yes…. I have stretch marks 🤷🏻♀️ it was a gift from my kids and ain’t going nowhere 🤣🤣

This was another EASY thing to make and hardly any ingredients. It was so delicious and all ingredients you can monitor 😍
🧩At the beginning of the year I had posted about my kids loving puzzles and the numerous of benefits it does for kids brain stimulation.
They were very eager for more of a challenge this round….
I got a 500 piece puzzle, you’d be surprised how quickly kids are. They finished it in 2 weeks.
This turned out to be an amazing way to keep them occupied without pulling out electronics and have them following you around that they’re bored 😩
Considering it is a bigger puzzle-it is also more time consuming. I picked a table that the puzzle could sit on as long as it needed. You’d be surprised how often the kids stop to add pieces here and there in passing 🤷🏻♀️
💕Seeing my daughter set up right next to me by choice truly melts my heart for so many reasons. I have never asked her to join me, she watched and wanted in lol
I cherish being a mother,

There are SO many things to cherish about being a mother.
Not only as a mother, but as a health coach and as a fitness instructor THIS inspires ME. While I’ve inspired her to set up, she’s inspired me with her being inspired to join 😅🤷🏻♀️
Something I guess we forget to talk about as coaches/instructors.
🏋🏻♀️🧘🏻♀️ When we see our clients/members/patients trying something new, pushing harder, joining in, sticking with goals due to OUR inspiration.. it pushes us to keep going, it pushes us to improve what we already do, and to always present the best versions of ourselves. Sure, it’s our job to do it anyway obviously 😅 BUT it truly fuels our heart and gives us that extra push.

80 calories, high in fiber, low in sugar, a dash of protein and packed with vitamins 🥰
I’m always looking for something different when I’m not feeling water but staying away from juice, soda or other sugary drinks.
This vegan meat is delicious!!!
Last time I tossed it with some bell peppers and rice so this time, I ate it over a tostada with Chile 😋
It’s definitely easy to get creative with this meat. This has to be one of my favorite vegan items for sure 😍
