After several deliveries this morning, My last dessert delivery was to a young man I’ve known since he was a toddler. His name is Blake Bell his father Dr. Gene Bell was my chiropractor in 81’ and he was the best ever. Many professional athletes went to him when they had access to team doctors he was that good, my father was told that he needed back surgery. I sent my father to Dr.Bell problem fixed no surgery, Blake followed in his fathers footsteps and the practice hasn’t missed a beat. I had former Cardinal great Mel Gray to autograph this painting that Dr. Bell had hanging in his office since 1977, Mel received a couple of Sweet Potatoes Pies😀 before “Pies by Keith” existed
Yesterday I had the honor of cooking my desserts for St.John’s Missionary Baptist Church members and guest. It was a honor to serve the members and guest..

Mom and Dad I apologize now, I never know what people will say when they try my desserts.
I had the privilege of bringing my high school coach ( Joe Vickers ) two of my desserts to Houston. He was a mentor and he’s like a big brother now. I think his wife and daughter enjoyed my Pie..😀
