Here is my latest creation, a Butterfinger Cheesecake. Been wanting to make this for a long time, so I finally made it.
Chocolate crust, peanut butter cheesecake with chopped Butterfinger candy, topped with Chocolate Ganache, more chopped Butterfingers, piped then added mini Butterfingers to finish it off!!

Latest creation. Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake. Graham cracker crust with cocoa powder, chocolate cheesecake with Chambord incorporated in the mix. A layer of fresh raspberries in the cheesecake. Topped with a raspberry purée, fresh raspberries, chocolate curls and dusted with powdered sugar!!
