Being in the service industry, I take customer service very serious. I believe a happy customer is a returning customer-client.

I ordered a vegan meal from this business. It was coming from another state so I picked the fastest shipping I could (2days). But when I received the food, it was basically in a regular shipping box with a gel pack.
No cooler, the food wasn’t even cold it was warm.
I reached out to the owner and told her I wasn’t satisfied and asked if we could share in the loss. I asked her if she would refund me for one meal (i bought 2). She said no refunds but you can purchase it again and pay for shipping again. I told her this was not acceptable. Im not eating a plate of food you shipped through the mail improperly.

I hope no one gets sick from her food being shipped in the mail this way.
