For over a year, I have been through a transition period of being forced to change my business name.

When I found out, I undoubtedly had a difficult time coming to terms with it. The business I built from the ground up and a name that had so much meaning to me was being taken away like a rug swept from under my feet.

Being 7 months pregnant at the time brought about many tears, frustration, confusion and a general disdain for the company who forced my hand. Whose core value is to “empower women” around the world.

That being said, change happens every day and was only inevitable in my situation. I just had to believe it came with a purpose for something greater.

Welcoming my vivacious son Oliver into the world November 2022 changed so much of my perspective on what actually matters. Those tiny hands, chunky legs and bright blue eyes gave my life new meaning. It was evident and fitting that with this new chapter, many more were to follow.

So here we are-Olive You is now a reality. Inspired by my son, encompassing a whole body experience and most importantly the clients who kept my dream a reality.

BTS sebaceous filament extractions 🤩

Sebaceous filaments are tiny, somewhat noticeable structures in the skin that serve an essential role in the skin’s natural function.

They help transport sebum (a natural oil produced by your sebaceous glands) to the skin's surface. They're commonly found on the nose, chin, and forehead.

While they may resemble blackheads, they are different. Blackheads are clogged follicles with oxidized sebum, while sebaceous filaments are a normal part of the skin's anatomy and not necessarily a sign of skin issues. They can appear more prominent when excess sebum production occurs.
