Zoey and River went to their forever home a few minutes ago. I'm so happy for them and the lovely family who adopted them. I'm not crying, you're crying.

As fireworks are set off this week, please be prepared to keep your pets safe and secure at home. Unfortunately, it never fails that many dogs will get lost this time of year as they get scared and run from the noise. We will be getting calls asking if someone has turned in their dog to us, we will see the posts of the missing dogs... Many will be reunited and sadly, many will not make it home.

Be proactive and minimize the chances of your dog getting lost with tips posted below. And maximize your chances of getting your dog back home should they get lost by doing something as easy as writing your phone number on their collar or putting tape with your phone number on their collar.

We have a limited supply but if you in the Arnold area and in need of a collar and/or leash for your dog then please message us and we will hook you up! Let us help you keep your pets safe this holiday!

Heaven gained an angel today 🌈💔🐾

This little guy we named Bruce Wayne was found this morning just skin and bones and covered in flies by one of our previous adopters. They got in touch with us right away and one of our wonderful volunteers dropped everything she was doing to rush Bruce Wayne to the emergency vet. Sadly, he stopped breathing and CPR efforts were unsuccessful.

Bruce Wayne, we are sorry you had such a short time with us and that we couldn't save you. Fly high little angel! 😿🌈

His total invoice was $162 so we are posting a small fundraiser as we have had about $3000 in vet bills already this month and will soon be starting heartworm treatment for Pearl.
