As we close the chapter on Year 3 for Kersh Strong Elite Team Mizzou & an outstanding year 1 for Kersh Strong Elite Team Louisiana, we reflect on what has been an incredible journey. From off season training, to both indoor to outdoor seasons, we have witnessed unparalleled dedication and hard work from every athlete we’ve had the privilege to coach. It has been an honor to guide your sons and daughters, helping them grow and excel in a sport we are all so passionate about!

This ENTIRE organization from Team Louisiana to Team Mizzou has shown remarkable perseverance and commitment, from our practice squad to our regular season competitors, association meet participants, regional qualifiers, national competitors, and our All-Americans. Each of you has contributed to our collective success, and for that, we extend our deepest gratitude.

We are incredibly proud of every member of our team. Please take a moment to acknowledge and celebrate your achievements—you’ve earned it!

Lizzy competed in the RACEWALK and was our very first athlete to punch her ticket to the 2024 USATF JUNIOR OLYMPIC NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS 💪🏽 she has worked so hard this year battling illnesses, physical therapy and overcoming any obstacles standing in her way! This ray of sunshine will go far in the sport and we can’t wait to see how much further she progresses 🤗

Introducing our international sensation 🔥 Born in New Zealand and already making her mark in the United States by qualifying for her very first USATF JUNIOR OLYMPIC NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS in her secondary event Long Jump 🎉 y’all may have noticed her blazing up the track in the 400m dash as well and just barely missed out, but she will still fight another day in the sand 💪🏽 Mav will be heading to the 7th grade and we can’t wait to see where the sport of track and field will take her 🤗‼️

Can we brag on our phenomenal athlete .curry1 for a minute? 🫣 He not only qualified in one, but THREE INDIVIDUAL EVENTS to the 2024 USATF Junior Olympic National Championships in his FIRST YEAR running track (Long, Triple, and High Jump)! Caiden will be going into his freshman year of high school and already making his name known in the track and field world! He just keeps getting better and better ‼️ Wish him luck as he heads to compete this week in Texas and prove what the Show Me State is all about 💪🏽🔥

Today was a great day, perhaps even better than great! We’ve reached a huge milestone, a huge accomplishment! Lucas LaRue is Kersh Strong Elite’s first ever athlete to sign a college scholarship today! To say how beyond proud we are of this young man is an understatement! With his hard work & dedication for the past two years, we can honestly say YOU DID IT! This stud of an athlete never complained about how hard a workout was or about how hot, cold, rainy, or windy it was. He put it all out on the line to now bear the fruits of his success! Keep pushing forward, we love you & we wish you the best on your future endeavors! Let’s congratulate him! 💙💛💪🏼🔥

He and his coaching staff will be available to take athletes from all the nearby towns/parishes to help build on the Kersh Strong Dynasty!
