Over the past few months, I've been facing some significant challenges in my personal life. Unexpectedly losing my job, combined with other personal issues, has recently caused me to fall into an episode of depression. It's been a tough journey, and I've struggled to keep up with my responsibilities, including fulfilling your orders.

To be honest I have been afraid to step into the kitchen lately, seeing more failures than wins has really taken its toll and while I completely understand that those are the risks I chose to take on when I decided to open a business it doesn't mean that they do not hurt any less and overcoming these new fears as be a long and tiresome road. But I am dedicated to fighting
for something I genuinely love to do and want to see succeed.
I want to sincerely apologize to those of you who have been waiting for your orders. I know that my absence has caused delays and inconvenience, and for that, I am truly sorry. Your patience and understanding during this time mean more to me than you can imagine.

The last few days, leading up to the launch of my first ever big baking event have been just super duper crazy and I didn't ever imagine that there'll be as much work from creating new recipes like the chocolate covered cherry gooey butter cookie and the strawberry champagne cookie to perfecting my cake flavors to make sure that everything in this box is just perfect . I am so excited about this opportunity that even if I sell just one box, It was just all worth it. Because ultimately I just want to share the things that I created with other people and I want those things to make them happy. So the big announcement is coming soon. And I just really thank everyone who's followed me and given me support.

So what are the things about being a Baker with severe ADHD is the fact that when I think of a new flavor, It's not just I thought for me I actually can taste that flavor. For example, when I make a strawberry cake, I want it to taste like a strawberry. It's not enough that it's pretty and it's pink but I want you to taste strawberry when you bite into it and I am learning that often times it will manifest itself into a very complex recipe to make a very simple thing. So, I am learning to be gentle with myself as I go through the process of building the perfect item and it's very important to me that my customers know that I put a 100% of myself every single thing that I bake and.......you just gotta try it, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

What a day!! Today's bakw was so crazy, but these cookies turned out so good! Of course, we have to original, the OG gooey butter cookie light and airy with the perfect taste of vanilla but for fall I set out to try something just a little bit different. My first fall cookie is a monster cookie. It's the original gooey butter cookie base with chocolate chips, m&m, and Reese's pieces. And then it's covered in Cocoa and powdered sugar. It is insane!!!! and the next one screams fall, It is a caramel apple cookie. It's a couie butter cookie base with a very light sense of apple with bits of apple and caramel and coated in a cinnamon powered sugar. These are just 2 of my new fall flavors.
