No gym...no problem
Someone asked what all supplements do I take so I decided to share my stash. I don't take all of these every day because I try to get most of my nutrients from real food.
I will do better...sometimes you just have to fall in order to stand up and realize that just getting back up makes you that much closer to "reaching" your goals. I have fallen off since my wife was pregnant with our daughter, but in the last month I have made a commitment to better myself and I owe it to my wife, for her encouragement and also for her hard work and getting back into great shape after the birth of our daughter, Gia. We will continue to challenge and support one another together and never look back.
