Removed the old decking and risers, tightened up the deck and stairs with added support framing. A couple coats of exterior paint with new composite decking really made for a new and modern look.

One step at a time, we are getting closer to the finishing touches on this fantastic kitchen remodel. We removed a load bearing wall between the family room and kitchen and replaced it with a proper beam and finish.

With the front porch complete, along with the new roof, siding and rails, we are moving on inside to finish up with the newly added master bathroom suite. Pictures to come soon for sure.

Things are coming along so well. New continuous insulation per 2021 code for the crawlspace, walls, and attic space. Drywall starts soon and then painting and flooring. We cannot wait to see this addition finished and ready for another fantastic customer.
