🍖🌶️ Slow Cooker Mississippi Ribeye Steaks! 🥘✨
👵 Transform dinner into a decadent affair with these effortlessly gourmet Slow Cooker Mississippi Ribeye Steaks. Juicy ribeye steaks, slow-cooked with peppery ranch and au jus flavors, and tangy pepperoncini for a meal that's bursting with flavor.
Ingredients:
2-3 lbs ribeye steaks
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 packet au jus seasoning
10 pepperoncini peppers
Optional: ¼ cup pepperoncini juice
½ cup unsalted butter, sliced
Instructions:
Optionally sear steaks in a skillet for extra flavor.
Place steaks in a slow cooker.
Sprinkle with ranch and au jus seasonings.
Add pepperoncini peppers and juice.
Top with slices of butter.
Cook on low for 5-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until tender.
Serve over mashed potatoes or rice and garnish with fresh parsley.

Copycat Taco Bell Nacho Fries. So easy to make at home to enjoy whenever the craving strikes.
Ingredients:
For the Fries:
4 large potatoes, washed and cut into fries
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
Salt to taste
For the Cheese Dip:
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Prepare the Fries: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and salt until well coated. Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Make the Cheese Dip: While the fries are baking, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the milk, and keep stirring until the mixture thickens. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Continue stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
Serve: Serve the crispy fries with the warm cheese dip on the side.

1-pound breakfast sausage, hot or mild
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
3 to 4 cups whole milk, more to taste
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper, more to taste
12 cooked biscuits, warmed, for serving

🍅🍗 One Pan Balsamic Chicken 🍗🍅

📋 Ingredients:
🍯 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
🍯 2 Tbsp. honey
🥑 2 Tbsp. oil, such as avocado or olive oil
🧄 2 garlic cloves, minced
🌿 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
🍯 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
🍅 8 oz. grape tomatoes, halved
🧀 8 oz. fresh mozzarella balls (ciliegine or pearls)
🌿 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
🍗 2 lb. boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness
🥑 2 Tbsp. avocado oil or other high-heat oil
🧂 Kosher salt and fresh black pepper
📝Instructions:
1️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside.
2️⃣ In a separate bowl, toss together the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside.
3️⃣ Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
4️⃣ Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large oven-safe skillet. Season the chicken all over with salt and pepper, to taste. When the pan is hot and oil is shimmering, add the chicken to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until lightly golden brown. Add the balsamic sauce mixture. It should quickly come to a simmer. Use a wooden spoon to scrape up any brown bits from the bottom of the pan.
5️⃣ Immediately remove the pan from the heat and add the tomato mozzarella mixture over the chicken.
6️⃣ Bake uncovered for 18-23 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked through. Internal temperature should register at 165F. Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes 💡:
◻️ If using ciliegine mozzarella, also known as “cherry size” fresh mozzarella then cut it in half. If using “pearls” which are smaller size mozzarella balls, then no need to cut in half.
◻️ To pound the chicken, place the chicken between two pieces of plastic wrap or into a gallon size Ziploc bag, and using a mallet or rolling pin, pound the chicken to even thickness. It helps the chicken cook evenly, tenderizes the meat, and results in moist meat.

UPDATE - If you use dry not fresh herbs the only thing I did change was the Dill w**d I only used 1/2 as much as it called for because its ground up so fine when its dry and not fresh .
Ranch Dressing
1 c Mayo
1 c sour cream
1/4 c heavy cream
1/4 c white vinegar
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
2 Tablespoons chopped dill
1 tablespoon chives
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon salt
Stir it up. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time till desired thickness.
Pepper to taste
0.3 net carbs per two tablespoons.

Perfect Prime Rib Every time
Ingredients
* Garlic powder
* Salt
* Pepper
* Prime Rib (Bone-in or Boneless)
Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Heat the oven for 550 °F.
Rub the pepper, salt, garlic powder to the meat and to the oven.
SECOND STEP:
Place meat in a shallow pan and roast for 5,6 or 7 minutes at 550 °F.
THIRD STEP:
Switch off the oven and don’t Open the Oven Door For Two Hours.
FOURTH STEP:
After two hours, You can make the slice out of the meat and do the same with roasted beef.
Let it cool a little and serve it the best way.

Garlic Roasted Chicken ( in a crock pot )
Ingredients
5 lb whole chicken
salt and pepper
5 clove garlic ; mashed smooth
paprika
1/4 lb butter
1/2 c canned chicken broth
Directions :
1. Wash the chicken with cold water.
2. Pat dry with a paper towel.
3. Cut off any of the excess fat on the chicken and discard.
4. Peel and Chop the garlic up.
5. You can use a garlic press if you have one , if not just chop up fine.
6. Using a knife press the garlic into a paste , adding a little salt to the garlic helps it turn into a paste quicker.
7. Spread half the garlic in side the cavity and rub the other half all over the out side of the chicken.
8. Sprinkle the chicken inside and out with paprika , salt & pepper.
9. Place the chicken in the crock pot and place a few pats of the butter on the breasts of the chicken ; Pour the broth around the chicken and add the remaining butter around in the broth.
10. Cover and Cook on LOW setting for 6-8 hours ; depending on the hotness of your crockpot. ( DO NOT RAISE LID DURING COOKING TIME.)
11. Serve the HOT garlic butter sauce over the chicken.
Caramelized Chicken Wings
INGREDIENTS
3 lbs chicken wings
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 cup honey
1 garlic clove, minced, to taste
1 pinch salt

Pork chops with onion and mushroom gravy
Ingredients
4 center-cut bone-in pork chops, cut 1 to 1 ½ inch thick
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 large white onion, cut in half, and sliced
8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons of butter
2- 3 cloves of minced garlic
2 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
2 cups of chicken broth
Instructions
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Season both sides of your pork chops with salt and pepper
Heat a heavy, oven-safe skillet over high heat
Sear the pork chops for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. For thicker pork chops (over 1 inch thick), transfer them to a 9 by 13 baking pan to finish cooking in the preheated oven. Cook until the pork chops reach an internal recipe of 145 degrees (about 15 minutes).
To the skillet, add olive oil, onion, and sliced mushrooms. Sauté the mushrooms and onions for 5-7 minutes until soft and translucent.
Add in the garlic and butter and cook for another 60 seconds
Lightly sprinkle the flour into the skillet and stir for about 1 minute until all of the white flecks of flour have disappeared. Add in the 2 cups of chicken broth and bring the skillet to a simmer, stirring the sauce until it thickens.
Once the pork is cooked through, return to skillet. Serve the pork hot, smothered with the onion and mushroom gravy.
