As someone who's avoided (only used during pregnancy and one occasion for pain in the past 15+ years) using OTC or prescription pharmaceuticals, I have had ZERO interest in using Ozempic for weight loss. Now, I may be changing my tune. I highly recommend anyone with inflammation issues take a listen.

One week in and it's going surprisingly well. Plenty of Doctors are on board with the lifestyle and the people in the community have amazing stories and are sooo friendly and helpful and non judgmental. Like they say, try it for a week. I did and the differences have been notable enough to want to keep going so now I'm starting week two. YOUR health is in YOUR hands. I am not a doctor so definitely talk to yours if you have concerns but remember as well all the results people have had by going against their doctors recommendations and decide for YOURSELF what's best for YOU. Doctor's have very little schooling in nutrition.

This came up on my youtube today and it is fantastic! I'm about 30 min into it (finished it since this post) so far and not much of the information is new to me since I've studied this stuff for years but it is really enjoyable and put together sooo well for anyone wanting to learn about the body and how it works. Hello all! I wanted to share some client results after he started hormone therapy and bought himself an inflatable hot tub. Early to mid 50s, very active lifestyle and stressful job, always came in with very tight, tense tissues. He maintained once or twice a month massage and chiropractic adjustments and we were always able to help him with the acute issues but very slow improvement with the chronic issues. He came in one day and as soon as I laid my hands on him I immediately said "Wow! What have you been doing?!?!? What's changed?!?!?" Hormone therapy and nightly dips in the hottub! The Two Knee Twist - great exercise for treating sciatic pain;

Technique:
Lying on your back, bend your knees into your chest and bring your arms out as a T
As you exhale, lower your knees to the ground on the right
Keep both shoulders pressed down firmly
If the left shoulder lifts, lower your knees further away from the right arm
Hold for 1-2 minutes each side

How Often?
3 times each side, twice daily

The other therapist in my office recommended this after she got one and started using it nightly. I got one for my birthday and after my use, I highly recommend it as well! She says she doesn't wake up sore anymore and I could feel my IT tightness just melt away. Definitely worth adding to your self-care routine! I ❤ it!
