Dear Coach, Team Representative and Soccer Friend:

The Haitian American Soccer Association of Connecticut (SHAAC) is pleased to invite your team to the 11th Annual James Hilaire Cup taking place in Stamford Connecticut from June 23rd, 2019 to August 25th, 2019.
After last year’s success we would like to invite more teams to share a marvelous soccer experience with us. Please feel free to copy and distribute this letter and application to other clubs or teams in your area.
ELIGIBILITY: SHAAC invites all Men’s teams from 18 and up to participate in this tournament. All the teams must be properly registered teams with up to two (2) coaches.
APPLICATION/REGISTRATION: Registrations and a down payment of $400.00 are due on May 12th, 2019 to secure a spot. The balance of $300.00 should be settled by June 9th, 2019.
A full application fee will be implemented 10 days prior to Cup event. The application deadline is three weeks prior to the first day of event. Teams should review the Web site and application for this information. If the number of teams cannot be accommodated in an acceptable competitive format, the following criteria can be considered in determining entries. SHAAC reserves the right to accept or reject any team.

Date of a team’s application.
As in previous years, a team that has applied for a SHAAC Cup.
Application fees will be refunded immediately for teams not accepted. Teams withdrawing from the tournament after acceptance will not receive a full refund, 50% of the down payment ($150.00) will be kept by SHAAC.
