One day late, because we were having wonderful time with family yesterday. But thank you! Thank you to everyone who has shown support and love to Dirt & Darking through purchasing, sharing, recommending, liking, all the things! Thank you so much!

So many women inspire me and my designs. I will forever be amazed at the women in my life and all that they do in a day. I hope the pieces I make allow women to work hard and never have to fret about the jewelry they wear. They can embrace the no fuss, never take off mentality with one less thing to think about in their very busy day.

This ring was one of the first things I made while dabbling in silversmithing. I gave it to my dear friend who commented on how much she liked it. I wasn’t even thinking about starting a business or making things to sell, I was just playing, flirting with metal, learning from masters of the craft and by my own fails. This friend, by just the most simple (to her) encouragement helped me believe I could maybe do more and wanted to do more. Here she is homeschooling her boys, which is where she spends most of her days - with her boys teaching academics and life long skills. Stay tuned - there’s more “hats” that she wears!

How beautiful it is when we get to share our passions with our kids. Here my sweet niece is watching, learning, listening and exploring with her lovely mama and her incredible gift of music. I don’t know who needs to hear this but fall is coming back. As we bear through this heat wave in October, let’s reflect on the summer and all of its great memories. This beautiful mama filled her summer with awesome adventures, new experiences, and loads of fun all for her two handsome boys. She found some moments of calm, hanging pool side watching her boys play. Also, these cuffs go with anything - bathing suit, workout clothes, work clothes, your watch, and other delicate bracelets! Beautiful.

As fall weather approaches, we reminisce on summer memories made! These two beautiful sisters shared special moments together, and share matching bracelets with their mama! How sweet is that?!

Training dogs has never looked so good 😍 Claire owner and trainer wears her Gold Lead Rope and PA Mountain Cuffs all day, everyday. These bracelets go through a lot within a day of a dog trainer - drool, sweat, hair, water, and the occasional teeth 😬 especially those puppies.

This shepherdess does it all - tending her sheep, managing pastures, training her dogs, gardening, cooking up delicious meals, shearing sheep, sorting wool, creating beautiful pieces with said wool, and is anxiously awaiting some arrivals of dear little lambs!
