Sitting in the truck and realizing I’m living little me’s dream! Sometime we get stuck in thinking I need a bigger trailer I need more 3 year olds I need to enter this futurity I need a bigger barn. When little me only had a 3 horse trailer I couldn’t even stay in. All I had was whiskey. My biggest dream was to have my own futurity horse. My feed room was part of my garage and my barn was a shed we split into 3 stalls and only had one pasture and a pen as my “arena” in the middle. While I was happy to just have a horse and to be able to barrel race I could only dream of what I have now! My sponsors, my barn, Ellie, my trailer. I am so blessed for everything I have and thank God every day. While I still have bigger dreams I like to sit and think about how little me would be astonished with what I have now! Thank God every day for what you have even if it’s not exactly what u dream it will come with patients all in Gods timing ♥️

Haven’t posted my girl in a while! She’s coming along very nicely. Growing up and growing lord and more muscle everyday she has also been clocking the same times as my open horses recently in here expos and I’m loving it. Me, whiskey, and Boo have been rodeoing a lot lately instead of just barrel races and that truly is where my heart is! Gonna get back in the groove of posting regularly again, life got really busy with getting my horses ready for rodeo and I’m happy so say they are getting used to the rodeo life and loving it! Before rodeos I have been trying to pamper the horse I will be taking the day before. This may not work for everyone but it has been working for me and my horses have been working and feeling really good if I do this before a rodeo. First I PEMF them for about 45 minutes. Second I groom them really good pic out their feet etc. this isn’t a must but it’s just something I like to do. I then rub their legs and hocks and stifles down with to help tighten their legs up and get any soreness out. Then I rub Complete Equine Performance cool it gel on any sore spots I found with my PEMF. Then they get some Delicious Horse Treats for being such good horses to end their spa day.♥️ like I said this may not work for everyone but sense I’ve started CPRA and you never know how rodeo ground is I try my best to make them feel 💯 so I just thought I’d share 😊

This little mare gets low! I am so blessed that she came into my life and boy oh boy is she coming along nice. She truly has the sweetest heart and always wants to please me. She’s starting beat my finished horses in her expos which makes me so happy! I can not wait to see what the future holds for me and my girl.

With this huge cold front I’ve made sure to give all my horses Zesterra by Pro Earth Animal Health. It keeps their gut feeling good and keeps all my horses happy. I give it when the weather changes and during hauling. Make sure to go get you some with this Texas weather!

I get asked what saddle I use a lot and here’s what’s in my barn and what I ride in! I use Alamo Saddlery saddles for my horses, I have tried multiple other saddle brands and none of them have compared to Alamo saddles. I found them at the all in barrel race in 2022 and fell in love with one of their saddles and just had to have it. They got my horses fitted and we bought the saddle. Sense then my horses have had less back soreness and are way more comfortable. I am also more balanced and can feel more of what’s going on underneath me! I now have 2 Alamo saddles and love them so much! I get so many compliments on the way they look and I have also had vets and chiropractors tell me that my saddle fit is amazing.
