This bathroom is starting to take shape ! Waterproofing the shower next getting ready to tile !

Just an update ! Plumbing is ran throughout ! Framing of shower with dual shower vavles with separate temperature settings . Shower heads are standard and rain from the ceiling !
Two drains to insure quick draining , standard and linear.
Glass lookout ,custom bench and two his and hers resest shelves ! We just got the jetted tub in, so stay tuned !

Not going to lie ! Im really excited to be able to turn this bedroom into the home owners dream custom master bath. Curbless tiled shower with linear drain , glass look out , multiple shower heads , jetted tub , tankless water heater supplying just the bathroom for more than sufficient hot water , and all the in betweens! This is basically a ground up project with its own plumbing to the main sewer and main water supply to feed full pressure to just that bathroom!
This is one hundred percent going to be a high end bathroom that's not going to disappoint! Stay tuned !

New mixing valve from just tub to tub shower combo and new surrond. Acouple new sink faucets , new toilet and some new flooring to give a nice change ! Just wanna say thank you for the work and congratulations to the new little one that's soon to be here !

Was able to get this full over haul done in just under 6 weeks to get it on the market! 5 day set back having to repaint do to hiring a bad painter thinking it would speed things up , reminded me why i like to do my own work but was still able to make our 6 week turn around !
New cabinets , new counter tops, sinks ,faucets , all new lighting , new flooring ,new interior and exterior paint , and all the in betweens ! I want to thank my crew for all the long hours this past month and the customer for the work ! ( Before pictures at the end )

Almost done with full face lift on this property ! Demo and install of new cabinets and flooring ! Just wanted to get a preview out before countertops come in. Full house before and afters coming soon !

Was able to get this shower surround completed and it looks great ! Over all in this bathroom demoed old shower and floor .
Set new floor tile , custom built shower pan , Copper to pex new mixing valve , set shower pan tiles then shluter trim , shluter shelf , center stripe accent and new tile surrond.
I've worked with this customer over a 6 month period to do each step over that time period as to their availability in phases.

Current shower surround that I'm tiling , 4 × 16 tile , 12 x 12 center stripe up the water wall and installing gold shluter trim on all outside edges , with a black grout ! Gunna look good ! Finish pictures in acouple days !

Water leak from toilet , demo of tile floor and cut out bad sub floor . Install of new sub floor , tile , grout, baseboard and new wax ring for the toilet!
Installing the new floor really brighten this bathroom right up !

Customers choice in colors and wanted to save the vanity,light fixture and paint themselves but over all it came out really good once we got it done !

Progress of my current bathroom remodel! Demo of floor to the joist. Insulated all water lines, reframed rotted areas . Installed new sub floor ,new mixing valve and water from copper to pex, new tub drain and over flow , reinstalled tub , new sub floor ,new moisture board in surrond and now starting tile. Before and after of progress.
Next post will be finished bathroom with completed tile surround,flooring, cabinets , vanity ect.

Installed a classy 1ft × 2ft floor tile on a 45 degree angle with tile baseboard . Looks great !

Before and after ! Built and poured shower pan and installed 12 in × 2 ft tiles on the walls and ceiling ! 1in x 1 in shower pan tiles ! Adding kerdi trim around shelves and outside corners finishing it up with a 2 in 1 grout and sealer combo. I think it looks great !
