Today I had the amazing opportunity to be a part of the CenterPoint Energy 2024 Energy Efficiency & Technology Conference at the Heritage Center in Brooklyn Center! It was awe inspiring to hear how the fabulous State of Minnesota is working towards energy efficiency and the sheer amount of effort and planning that is in place to enact this goal. I was proud of our government and corporate leadership which is paving the way, and for the work we are putting in right now to make our world a better place to be in the future.

I happened to find the cutest shop today! Rose Mille is an upscale craft store featuring a mindboggling amount of gorgeous vintage millinery/ribbons, paper products and other crafty items. And it's less than 2 miles from my store!! I'm so excited to have somewhere local to shop for vintage lace or little details to add onto my re-designed dresses. I have a couple gowns that have either been stained or ripped and I'm going to try and bring them back to life. If you are a crafty girl and love to get lost in an aisle of beautiful lace - I would highly recommend. Here's a couple vintage items I bought today. So unique! So beautiful!

Just an update on the Stillwater Wedding Experience bridal show today at the awesome JX Venue. SO FUN - met some fabulous brides, saw some amazing wedding vendors, had some mimosas....all on all a pretty great day. ;-) A huge Thank You to Jane, my sales consultant extraordinaire for her help today and to everyone who helped put together the event. I'm all signed up to be a vendor at the Stillwater Wedding Experience at the the JX Venue on 4/14 and I'm super excited! Are you going? I'll be bringing some of my jewelry and accessories to sell onsite and to chat with brides about what makes our store different :-)

It's a fabulous venue and there will be so much to see.....and mimosas! Yes please!

Now that I'm in the bridal biz and have access to all these amzing gowns and vendors - I've been thinking I'm going to plan a vow renewal ceremony complete with full bridal gown, venue, dance reception, the works. I think I should probably do this every couple of years or so.... I'm sure my hubby would be fine with it ;-) ;-) ;-) and there are SO many fun ideas out there for unique weddings. I'm kind of quirky so I'm loving this new pintrest board full of fun (slightly off the wall) ideas for an unforgettable wedding experience. I'm just saving up ideas for all my upcoming renewal ceremonies!!!
