Jubilate Deo is a brilliant creation from Dan Forrest. There are 7 movements and 7 different languages throughout the piece. Spanish, Latin, Madarin Chinese, Arabic, Hebrew, Zulu, and yes a little English as well. MARK YOUR CALENDARS! Our next concert is March 5 at 3:00pm and is titled UNSUNG. There are hundreds of female composers that need to be recognized for their role in the history of music. We are featuring work by 2 such composers. "Dixit Dominus" by Marianna Martines (1744-1812) and "Illuminare" by Elaine Hagenberg (1979-present).
