Had a client reach her 6 month goal of 30lbs. Perseverance, consistency, and hardwork all paid off. She super excited because she can see a difference. She can fit into clothes she couldn't before, she has more energy to tackle day to day activities. I'm super happy for her, and I know we still have more work to do.
Started running 4 weeks ago, my fastest I've done 3.miles so far. I'm no runner by any means, being at my heaviest weight.

A great snack that covers 2 servings of fruit and 1 serving of vegetables. 1 banana, 2 cups of raw spinach, 8 oz of pineapple juice, and some ice. Add some protein and then you're really have nutritious snack.
