What is soul food to you?
Here’s a quick and easy dish as many of you may know is called: Khaub Poob Kua Tshiab but in my version, I broil the chicken for an hr or so to really soften the meat and only add in a little bit of salt & chicken bouillon soup base. I also like to mixed the Khaub Poob Tso Homemade pepper sauce in mines with square cut cabbage. Let me know if you’ve tried it this way before?!

Have you tried Crumbl Cookies before?! Oh myyy! It changed my mindset about cookies. The warm, soft & freshness of a newly baked cookies are to die for. Their menu is different daily! It just makes you want more and more. If you haven’t tried them, it’s a must!! They just opened one up in Stockton not that long ago. Or maybe I just never noticed it before 😄 You’ll thank me later ☺️
My thought on this new buffet!! It’s newly open on Robinhood Drive in Stockton, Ca where HomeTown Buffet used to be located at. When we arrive there, it was starting to get packed inside. The wait time wasn’t too long. The food in general was good (Wasn’t horrible). I especially enjoyed the Mex-Grill (Mongolian Beef) section. I was told there would be lobster but I didn’t see any besides the crabs.
There’s a good amount of staff cleaning/serving around so empty table becomes available fast. Restaurant is called Beijing Buffet. Rating from 1 being the worst to 5 being the best, I’d rate it 3.5. Price ranges from when you dine (breakfast, lunch or dinner time). We dine dinner time so price per person was about $26-28 (around that amount). Overall, our experience was okay. I would come back again (If I’m craving lol).

How I make my coffee at home ; Starbuck style. It’s very simple, some people like to add vanilla syrup but without it will taste just as good. I also normally use caramel but I ran out so I’m using butterscotch in the video.
