In the years since, Kenneth has dedicated his time outside of work to activism and the betterment of his community, working with gr
Thank you to everyone who supported our campaign for a better DeKalb. I am deeply grateful for every vote, every conversation, and every act of support along this journey. While we may not be advancing to the runoff, I am proud of the work we've done together to advocate for safer communities, improved infrastructure, and affordable housing across District 7.
Congratulations to Jacqueline Adams and Ladina Bolton on moving forward. My hope is that, no matter who wins, they lead DeKalb toward the positive progress our community deserves. This campaign was always about putting DeKalb first, and I’ll continue supporting efforts that bring real change to our neighborhoods.
Thank you again, DeKalb, for your trust and encouragement. This is just the beginning of what we can accomplish together.
Stay safe and stay vigilant, DeKalb! As we head out to vote and join election night gatherings, let’s look out for each other. Keep friends and family updated on your location, especially if you’re attending election parties tonight.
Let’s make our voices heard and also make sure everyone returns home safely.
Non-credible bomb threats against Atlanta-area polling places were from Russia, secretary of state says | CNN Several non-credible bomb threats that briefly disrupted voting at two Georgia polling places originated from Russia, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger told reporters Tuesday.

Take a few minutes, head to the polls, and let’s make a difference together. Vote for a transparent, accountable, and forward-thinking DeKalb County. Let’s show up strong and make history today!
Polls are open—bring a friend, encourage your neighbors, and let's make change happen!
DeKalb, it’s time for real change! If you’re ready for bold leadership and real action, watch this.
Today, I cast my vote for County Commissioner, marking a deeply personal and emotional moment in my journey. Voting is more than just a civic duty—it’s a powerful tool for shaping our future, both locally and nationally. The person at the top of the ballot matters, which is why I urge everyone to vote for a leader committed to progress and equity.
But let’s not forget the critical role County Commissioners play in our everyday lives. From infrastructure to public safety, the decisions made on a local level directly impact our communities. Today, I’m honored and excited to have voted for myself, but I’m even more inspired by what we can achieve together. This is our chance to ensure that DeKalb County continues to move forward.
Every vote counts. Every voice matters. Let's make it happen!
Georgia is making history with its record-breaking early voting numbers! 🗳️ Now is the time to get out there and make your voice heard. If you haven't voted yet, make a plan, find your polling location, and cast your ballot. Your vote matters more than ever, and I humbly ask for your support in this election. Together, we can create a better DeKalb County!
In the midst of election season, you may have noticed some signs disappearing, turning around, or mysteriously vanishing from their rightful spots. While we could chalk it up to wind or an overly enthusiastic raccoon, we all know it’s more than that. These actions may seem small, but they reflect a larger effort to suppress voices and halt progress.
When transparency and accountability are on the ballot, some political machines fear change. They’re invested in keeping the status quo, avoiding what's best for the people of DeKalb County, especially in District 7 — from Doraville and Tucker to Stone Mountain, Stonecrest, and Lithonia.
But here's the good news: We are stronger than any turned sign! With your support, we can show them that DeKalb can do better, we will be better, and we deserve better!
Show up, show out, and let’s make our voices heard! Together, we’ll bring the change our community deserves.

🐾 As a proud animal lover and your candidate for Super District 7, I understand the importance of having leaders who will stand up for our community’s most vulnerable—including our animals. The overcrowding at DeKalb’s animal shelters has gone on for too long, and it’s time for a real plan to expand shelter capacity, regulate breeding, and improve both staffing and vet care.
As your future Commissioner, I will make animal welfare a priority, ensuring our shelters have the resources they need to operate effectively and humanely. Early voting starts today, 10/15! If you live in District 7, make sure your vote counts towards leadership that will advocate for ALL members of our community—human and animal alike.
Early Voting starts now!
As we kick off early voting today, I want to take a moment to remind everyone how crucial your vote is in shaping the future of DeKalb County. With a commitment to transparency, public safety, and balanced growth, I’m ready to serve District 7 and tackle the issues that matter most to all of us.
Check out the video of the forum, and after watching, I hope you’ll see why I’m asking for your vote. Let’s work together for a stronger, safer, and more united DeKalb.
