Meet Kathleen (Kat). She is our dishwasher, and arguably, the most important person in the building. It’s hot, it’s wet, it’s “gnarly” as kat says. She’ll tell ya, the harder the night the colder the beer tastes when she’s done. About a year ago, Kat took some time off and wow, did we feel her absence. She’s a great example of work ethic and pride. It’s not a glamorous job, but Kat comes in and does it to her best ability. We love and appreciate you Kat, and would never take you for granted!
