I’ve baked this pound cake so many times I usually don’t look up the recipe. And well this time my memory got the best of me and this is what happened. Too much moisture and not enough flour turned my perfect key lime pound cake into under baked, crumbly mess. 🤦🏾♀️
Baking fails happen even to the most experienced bakers so never be afraid to try. You will fail but you will also learn.
