It is very important to emphasize learning the correct form in any given exercise. Start off with light weight and learn the proper form that way you don’t injure yourself as you progressively increase the workload💪🏻 The more you learn and understand the form, the more it gets embedded into your nervous system and muscle memory. That way when you go to setup for the exercise you are thinking of all the pointers/advice before executing. #prestigeiron #workout #gym
