As we near the end of the school year, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we've shared. Our students have shown tremendous growth, resilience, and enthusiasm, and I am proud of their achievements. Your unwavering support and involvement have been instrumental in making this year successful. As we prepare for the final stretch, let's continue to encourage our students to finish strong. Thank you to all who participated.

Love where you live is more than just a saying to me… it’s an action! And one way I have been able to love on my community to creating highlight videos of different businesses and restaurants around town.

Today was extra fun as we got to film the spring vendor fair at Canton Middle School to raise funds for the AVID students so they can go on more college visits and additional field trips.

I can’t wait to share the video with you all!

The End of the Year trip to Scene75 is Tuesday May 21st! Please grab a permission slip from the stage and fill the form out. I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering dedication and commitment during the recent state testing period.

Throughout the testing process, our students exhibited focus and determination. Their hard work and preparation were evident, and it's a testament to their resilience and dedication to their education. I am incredibly proud of our student's effort and performance.

As we await the results of the state testing, let us remember that these assessments are just one measure of our students' academic progress. While they provide valuable insights, they do not define our students' capabilities or potential. Regardless of the outcomes, let's continue to celebrate the hard work and achievements of our students and recognize the growth they have made throughout the school year.

Once again, thank you to everyone in our Canton community for your dedication and commitment during the IAR testing period. Together, we are creating a supportive and nurturing environment where every student can thrive.

The IAR test next week starts on Wednesday. Students can prepare by having a good night's sleep, eat breakfast, charge their laptop AND bring headphones every day

IAR Spirit Week-Be the Pride Rock the Test 📝
At Canton we take Pride in our performance on assessments, it's crucial to recognize the integral role that testing plays in the educational journey of students. We will promote the importance of taking Pride in our performance on the IAR test with a SPIRIT week!

Not only do we have the IAR test Wednesday through Friday, we also have our IAR Spirit Week! Let's Be the Pride and Rock the Test!

Friday is the last day to order to guarantee a copy of the 2023-24 yearbook. It is packed full of over 700 photos on 96 pages. You won't want to miss this treasure! After April 5th, limited quantities will be available until we are sold out. We order a small stack of extras. Yearbooks are delivered to students the last week of school. Order today!
