The EC Bullets Yoffee Softball organization is now part of the Empire State Huskies. The Huskies have been one of the premier softball organizations both in the Northeast and across the county. 😇Not only did our 14s complete at at high level, our Gold teams went off last weekend as well!

18U Gold also had a strong weekend at the TNT Fall Showcase in Quakertown, PA going 3-1 with a composite score of 31-6 including 3 shutouts.  Keira Meyers (2024) led the way on the mound with 22 Ks in just 9 innings.  She threw a no hitter against TNT and then shutout NJ Heist with a combined batting average against of .121.  Gianna Longo (2024) also pitched a shutout and was one of our top hitters batting .500 with a triple.  Gianna Muliero (2025) and Averi Galioto (2024) both batted .500 with Muliero leading the team with 7RBI over 4 games.  Eryn Coyle (2024) batted .444 with 5 RBI over the weekend.

16U Gold had a 5-0 weekend at the East Coast Showcase in Pennsville.  They dominated their competition winning by a combined score of 49-12.  There were too many stars to mention everyone, however, our two top pitchers also happened to be our two top hitters. Natalie Bonsignore (2026) had 22Ks and only 1 walk in 11 innings.  She pitched to a 2.54 ERA with a .167 batting average against. Natalie also batted .545 with 4 doubles and a homerun with 9 RBIs. Sarah Mokrzecki (2024) also had a terrific two-way weekend.  Mokrzecki also had 4 doubles and a homerun and batting .643 and driving home 13 runs in just 14 at bats.  On the mound, Sarah had 11Ks in 11 innings pitching to a 2.8 ERA and a .216 batting average against.  

Both teams will finish out the fall season in Tampa for the Xtreme Dimensions Veterans Day Showcase☀️

It has been a dominant summer so far for the Northeast Angels 16U Red team. This past weekend they went 5-0 on the way to winning the NJ Heat Battle of the Belt Tournament in Howell, NJ. The team batting average for the weekend was .429 and the composite score for the weekend was 42-12. There were way too may hitting stars to mention them all but Cat Arnold led the way Batting .786 with a 1385 slugging percentage. She had 5 extra base hits including a homerun in the championship game. Francesca Buda, Nina Buda, Campbell Barrett, Ava Fredette and Vanessa Gonzalez all batted over .400 to lead the onslaught.

Celia Marranzino led the way on the mound not allowing an earned run in her 11 innings of work with a batting average against of .179. Pitchers Anna Dedios and Francesca Buda also came up big especially on championship sunday.. The defense was strong all weekend with standout performances by Catcher Meghan Nordone and Center Fielder Eryn Coyle

The Angels now have a record of 13-1 this summer season and are poised to make a ton of noise both next weekend at Xtreme Dimensions in Ewing, NJ as well as down in Myryle Beach at Nationals at the end of July. GREAT JOB ANGELS!
