Happy FriYAY y’all come in and celebrate the weekend with your friend and family over a hot pot and Korean bbq grilling experience! Here are some hot tips to handle raw meat:
AVOIDING CROSS CONTAMINATION:
*Do not place raw meat near the cooked ones on the barbecue grill
*Do not put cooked meat back on the same plate that contains raw meat juices, use a separate plate for your raw meats, separate plate for your veggies and noodles, and a separate plate for your seafood
*Make sure you have plenty of clean utensils and platters, only using the grilling utensils for raw meat, grab your cooked meat with your chopsticks or eating utensils!
*Use hand sanitizer or wash hands after grabbing your raw meats and eating! There is plenty of hand sanitizer and napkins at your table
