Well everyone!! We have some big news! We have purchased 8 FULLBLOOD WAGYU cows to start our 100 percent wagyu herd! We also purchased 5 100 percent fullblood wagyu steers that will be butcher ready in 2 years! We are super excited and blessed to be able to start this new journey and it’s all thanks to our supporters! Also a big thank you to George Greer for selling us these beautiful cow/calf pairs!

We told y’all we’d keep y’all in the loop with everything going on here at the farm so here it is! This is a video of what the inside looks like so far for the meat market! We are almost completely done with building everything. Then all that’s left to do is get our permits and we will be open for business!! The building is getting done in perfect timing actually! Our meat is coming back from the butcher THIS COMING WEEK!! Right around the time for us to be finishing up the last bit of details to open. Are y’all as excited as we are?! We are so close!! None of this would be possible if it weren’t for each and every one of y’all. Also, we wouldn’t be this far if it weren’t for our partner in this whole operation, Amite Cattle Company!! So thank y’all so much for following along with us and supporting us this far, it only gets better from here!! We will be posting more details about everything as it gets closer to time to open!
