Seeded Ficelle • a French word meaning “string.” Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, they are similar to French bread, but smaller, with the boost of poppy seeds, flax seeds, and sesame seeds!

Focaccia originated in northwestern Italy (so you’ve got to say focaccia with gusto to say it correctly)!

It’s a flatbread baked in the oven, typically served as an appetizer.

My variety has basil, oregano, parsley, topped with olive oil and rosemary.

This sourdough is THE REAL DEAL. The starter is from my mother in law and has been bubbly and super active, the bread itself took 18 hours to make. This is as San Francisco as it gets on the east coast! See y’all today!

This week's lineup includes a few newbies: Loaded Bacon Cheddar Chive bread, Gluten-free Low Sugar Chocolate Chip Cookies, & Hawaiian Dinner Rolls!

I will also have Mini Pizza Crust this week (many asked for them to return, so voila)!
