If you want a buttercream recipe that’s stable, flavorful and EASY to make then I got you! I spent so much time and wasted SO many ingredients trying to find the perfect recipe. I wanted something simple, with minimal ingredients and was the perfect consistency to get smooth sides & sharp edges. I hit the jackpot when I figured it out.
Still can’t believe I pulled this cake off while being 37 weeks pregnant. I was exhausted, my belly was heavy and I was over it 😩 I purchased the rotating turntable from Amazon. I used rice krispy treats and a styrofoam round for the top tier because I didn’t want to add too much weight to the turntable. I made sure that it had a fresh set of batteries before I wrapped the ribbon around it. I also added support dowels to the bottom tier to hold up the weight of the top tier.
