I had a mobile grooming spa in Missouri 18 years ago. This was a picture of our family dog, Yogi, a Shiba Inu. He was featured in a write up by a local magazine. I don’t miss mobile grooming but we sure do miss Yogi. He went to his new residence over the rainbow bridge about 17 years ago. The love for our animal companions never ends.

Hello pup lovers! Here is a picture of MY best buddy, Tiki! She’s been with me a long time and will always be nestled deep in my heart. I want to announce that the shop will be closed from July 1 (Wed), reopening on July 6 (Mon), as time is set aside for a wedding celebration of one of my sons. ❤️ I wish you all a well-deserved holiday weekend filled with whatever you want it to be. Extra hugs to the fur children that are sensitive to fire works. I appreciate you all!

I apologize for being so overdue on keeping up communication. It’s been an extremely busy time for the “Spoiled Groom Room” with lots of overdue haircuts and new customers as well. It has been most humbling. I love my profession! Here are just a few snapshots of fresh haircuts and sweet faces you might enjoy. Friday update: Fur is flying as I've been busy the last two weeks giving much needed baths and haircuts to many fur children. I have some openings left for next week if you need to spruce up your bestie! In the midst of this I've been having phone woes. Just when I thought the problem got resolved by the purchase of a new phone, it indeed did not, so I can only be reached @ 910-368-7416 per text or messenger of FB. Hello to all! Spoiled to the Bone has some GREAT news! North Carolina has issued a waiver to the salon deeming it an essential business for the health of your pets! We "passed the test" (with flying colors) due to the tight distancing and disinfecting rules that are in place and we are ready to go. The protocol is simple and even SAFER than curbside, and you won't even step a foot into the salon. If you are comfortable with getting out at this point and your best buddy needs some attention, let me secure a spot on the schedule. If you're not ready yet, I will wait for you! I'm here to serve you and the fur angels that love us through all of life's hiccups. I am grateful for ALL of you and hoping this finds you content and well. Photo: My Tiki taking a car ride. Hello animal lovers! I apologize for the tardiness of this message. I am no longer grooming in light of the current situation. It will be business as usual when the time is safe and right. Positively speaking, this is a time to regroup, reflect, pray, listen, create a positive future in our mind's eye for all and help others in any way that we can. I feel that animals are here to help and teach us. They are a gift not to be taken lightly. Tune into them. Let them help you. This is truly what they want! I write this hoping you all are well and falling into your new, temporary normal with a positive attitude. It's an adjustment! Do you want to be stuck with a dirty fur buddy while indoors indefinitely? I know you don't and I have a solution! I must say that cuddling with a clean, fresh-smelling dog makes it so much nicer and even induces nice chemicals in your body that are good for immunity. Fact! I can help you with that in a safe and practical way with "curbside" grooming in place here at Spoiled to the Bone. I wear a mask and gloves to your car and we can make an exchange right outside the grooming shop. I have brand new slip leads and I will exchange that for your dog's collar and leash.!Within 1.5 hours you can come back to my driveway and I will deliver your cuddle bunny back to you, squeaky clean and smelling lucious. It is working very well already and folks are loving it! Why take your precious one to a salon full of dogs and multiple people when you can rely on private curbside grooming?
