Hey guys Chef has to be on a plane at 5am he is headed to Chicago this week. So this weeks class is cancelled, we will return the following week in a guest kitchen and we are making Chicken Marsala, garlic Mash and fresh green beans.

Chicken Thighs (Boneless Skinless)
Chicken Tender
Tomatillos (1LB)
Can of green chilies (medium)
*If you can get your hand on roasted that's better
2 jalapenos
2 yellow hots
1 bunch green onion
2 medium white onions
1 bunch of cilantro
Chicken stock
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Cumin
Roux to thicken

We are doing Rice again tonight.

Roasted tomato salsa
2lbs of vine tomatoes
Jalapeno
Yellow hot
Lemon
Cilantro
Garlic powder
Salt
Green chili (canned optional)
