To get in to the excitement of STEM Night, we're doing a flash sale on ALL spirit wear until 7:30pm tomorrow. Save the date and plan to join us for a FREE Family BINGO Night! This event will be fun for the whole family! Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase. Parents, this is NOT a drop off event. All students must be with an adult.
We're decking the halls to surprise our Suwanee Students! We started this last year and the kids LOVED it. This year, we're going bigger, brighter, and more festive and need your help! Operation: Decorate the School will take place on Wednesday, December 15th from 3:30pm-7pm. Colored butcher paper will be available; however we encourage you to bring lights, garland, and other decorations. We're just trying to make sure that we have all areas of the school covered. Please consider leaving your students at home so that they will be surprised when they arrive to school on Thursday.
We're just days away from the Jaguar Jamboree Fall Festival!! We have so many exciting things planned for the event, you won't want to miss it! We'll have inflatables, a dunk tank, our beloved cake walk, games, prizes, and so much more! Save the date and plan to join us on Friday, October 15th from 5pm-7:30pm! Wear your costume and plan to join us for some good, fall fun! Wristbands-Deadline Extended! Wristbands are required to participate in games, inflatables, the cake walk, and to earn prizes. Wristbands provide unlimited access to all activities for the duration of the event. Wristbands are on sale for $3 each until October 13th. Wristbands will be for sale at the door for $5 each. To purchase your wristbands, simply return the lower portion of the flyer sent home with your student last week, or purchase online at suwanee.memberhub.com/store. Pre purchased wristbands will go home with students on October 14th. Volunteers Needed! We're still looking for volunteers to help run games, monitor inflatables, sell snacks, and more. All adult volunteers will be entered into a raffle for their chance to win a $25 Amazon Gift Card! If you have a high school student looking for volunteer hours, feel free to sing them up! We feel like doing cartwheels after an AMAZING Jaguar Jog day! Our students had a BLAST and ran their hearts out. We raised over $37,000 for our school!!!!!! Thank you to all of the people who donated to us, volunteered for us, and came to cheer the students on. We appreciate you all! ❤️
Oh my word, Suwanee! We didn't just meet our goal of $30,000, we blew right past it today! We're now at $34,000!! Way to go! We're so thankful for your support! Our students have now earned the opportunity to slime Dr. Taylor! The top two earners in each grade will dump a bucket of slime on her head. We're not yet sure when, but we'll get it on the schedule. The next incentive they can earn is the staff tricycle race. If we hit $35,000, some of our staff members will compete in a tricycle race! IF we get to $40,000, we'll be putting Dr. Taylor in a human hamster ball and rolling her around the field! :-D The top earning classes as of right now (and it's literally changing by the minute) are: Pre-K/Exceptionals: DeGrace Kindergarten: Stockton 1st: Robinson 2nd: Aguirre 3rd: Jones 4th: Nguyen 5th: Ontai School Wide: 1st: Ngyuen 2nd: Pristupa 3rd: Stockton The standings will be completed at the end of the last race of the day tomorrow. We'll let you know who the leaders are!
