Day 6, new supplements seem to give me more energy and curb cravings. 😁
Day 3 on my new supplements. More energy, not crazy hungry. No gym today. Back to the gym in the morning. Down 1.3 pounds, I am sure it was all water. 🤣🌊💧
Day 2, took body measurements and all supplementa today. Made it back to the gym after a couple of weeks not going.

So I went home for lunch today and my new supplements were there. Here's hoping they can help me jumpstart this journey! We leave for the beach on October 27th!
June 15th, day 1 of working to loose weight and get healthy without the aid of prescription drugs. I have taken prescriptions for this purpose for the last 3 years. I decided to come completely off them and have found the 20lbs I lost. This page is to document my journey mostly just for me but if you follow me you might learn something that will help you.
