Meet our provider!

🩺Lindsey Jacques, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC🩺

Lindsey was born and raised in the DFW area but has lived in Sweetwater for the last 12 years. She began her career in the medical field as a CNA and worked her way up to APRN. She received her FNP in 2019 and PMHNP in 2021.

Lindsey is also married to a nurse! She and her husband have 3 kids, 3 dogs, and 1 cat (their own zoo as they would say!). They love to travel and stay busy with their children who play almost every sport possible. Lindsey enjoys cooking and loves coffee ☕️ She love to learn new things and take on new challenges.
