While I have skied with my family since childhood, its never been an activity where I excell. I’m always the slowest and most cautious on the trails. However, I love being outdoors on the slopes ans taking in the scenery of the mountain. No mayter if it is yoga or skiing, let this serve as a reminder that you can just let go and have fun.

When I’m feeling my least productive, I often wonder why I’m lacking the motivation and discipline to get through my to-do list. Why am I feeling this way? It’s these moments when I most need to stop working and take a rest. Its no surprise at all. We can’t perform well with a depleted engine. Yet, we often push and push until we are past the brink.
