Well India, that’s a wrap!! What a beautiful country with amazing people. Pune, Aurangabad, Ajanta Caves, Ellora Caves, Daulatabad Fort, and Bibi Ka Maqbara were all visits on the tour of the wonderful state of Maharashtra. I learned a ton about Shiva, Krishna, Lakshmi, Durga, Ganesh, Buddha, and the 24th Master, plus other key religious figures in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism.

In Aurangabad I was asked to take 70+ pictures with locals, as it’s a rural area of India and blond hair/blue eyed people are almost never seen. It was such a fun adventure that made me realize how wonderful of a melting pot of cultures and colors we have in America.

I’m once grateful to my family for granting me 7 whole days to travel, even though being a mama to littles is my highest priority. Thank you to the company I work for, to sponsor the trip. Thanks to the kick ass team in Pune who pours their hearts and souls into work. And lastly but not least, thank you to the US team for also kicking ass and holding down the home front while I was operating in a nearly opposite time zone!

What fire will you light and alchemize in 2024?

Have you ever heard the saying, "hurt people hurt people"?

Well... it's true.

When we are hurting, its not always easy to be aware of our behavior and the ripple effects it creates.

Our ego turns inwards and tells us a story about how victimized we now are.

Sadness compiles into anger, and both emotions continue to drive that ego based narrative about how you were wronged.

It's uncomfortable to sit with that energy, so instead, we deflect.

We say mean things, we tantrum, we gossip, we complain.

Hurt people hurt people- plain and simple!

But we can choose a different path.

We don't have to accept another person's hurt, and we don't have to hurt others when we feel wronged.

We can stop the cycle.

We can choose to deflect energy that does not serve us, and we can choose to respond with compassion.

Next time this happens, just pause, and breathe in green healing energy into your heart center. Breathe in so much heart Chakra healing that there is no space to accept the negativity of others.

Healing isn't a linear journey.

There are ups and downs, highs and lows, successes and losses.

Every ebb and flow is a critical piece to your healing journey.

There is no right or wrong way to heal.

There is only your way, and love.

Love provides you with guardrails to help you know when your path is filled with healthy choices or self-sabotage.

Love isn't the energy of being taken advantage of and hurt more.

It's the energy of compassion, light, and God.

Hawks are my spirit animal ❤️

They pop up all over the place, more often when I'm connected to Source than when I'm not.

They are like a little confirmation from God that I'm on the right path, doing the right things, and staying true to myself.

This past week has been like a hawk party at my new house. They are literally everywhere and it's a sign of wonderful things brewing

Since tonight is the full moon, I took time to wake up early and journal about where I'm heading and what I need to release.

Babies and fresh haircuts 🤘 This is my Friday ❤️ and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Life is all about the little things.

Like pampering yourself with a new 'do and taking a little time to recharge.

That's not always easy with kiddos, and I find the more flexible I can be, the more fun we have.

Do we make too many messes? Sure.

Do they need, like, 10 outfit changes per day? Yep.

Do we have an unbelievable amount of glitter in the strangest places? You betcha.

And I wouldn't change a thing.

Everyday is a new experience where I learn to honor myself, my energy, and choose how I show up in life.

I bring boundaries and consciousness into each day. Sometimes I get it wrong, but I also bring compassion forward, for myself and others.

Beautiful examples of life worth living are all around us ❤️

I have a daily practice that keeps me grounded in the beauty and wonder of Mother Earth. It's so simple - just be outside and take in the scene.

I love to snap pics of nature and my girls playing outside.

The sun shining gives us nutrients that we hardly ever think about.

The sun rises each morning in this beautiful universe and we don't question the perfection of the way things work.

Miracles exist every single day - sometimes you just need to reduce the distractions, put down the phone, turn off the TV, and go outside to see for yourself.

Today, I challenge you to go outside. Place your bare feet on the ground and soak up the sunshine. Close your eyes and visualize energy flowing to the top of your head, through your body and into the ground. Stay here as long as you'd like and revel in the perfection of this moment.

May your day be as beautiful as you are, inside and out!

Your thoughts are where all the magic happens!

Your thoughts are the intangible representation of your emotion. They are your raw & unexpressed vibration, and they are incredibly powerful

What you think is what manifests in this law of attraction universe. So.. how healthy are your thoughts?

Are things mostly "meh"? Do you wonder if there is more to life then the daily grind you've got going on?

Well I'm here to tell you that there is! Life is beautiful and you can have all you want. And your first step is to turn inwards, my friend ❤️

It's time to start minding your thought and owning your vibration/energy.

I'm not saying it's easy. Even after years of intention and discipline to clean up my thinking and improve my life, I still run into speed bumps.

But what has changed in me now is that I realize the speed bumps are temporary. And they are there to help me. They tell me when something is happening in my life that I need to give more or less attention to, and then I fine tune from there.

Right now, take stock of your thoughts. Are they negative, positive, or neutral? Are you anxious about something not working out? Are you angry at how someone is acting or treating you?

Now it's time to level up 💪🌞

Take one negative thought and redirect it to something more positive. It's doesn't have to be all sunshine and rainbows, but the more you put your attention on better things, the better life becomes.

Distractions run rampant in this world.

So how do you know what next step is the right one for you?

It's all about listening to the sound of your soul. Your soul is your God essence. It's where you carry the divine nature that has been gifted to our world.

Your soul speaks in different ways that are not always audible or easy to notice. Sometimes it's a thought that crosses your mind. Sometimes it's a feeling in your heart.

But often the sound of your soul has been covered up by the stories and beliefs that others have taught you. The ego speaks the loudest, so sometimes you need help articulating the sound of your soul vs the sound of the chatter you've been taught your whole lives.

It's not rare to go through a process of breaking through the programming in order to finally truly hear yourself for the first time.

And when you do break through? Wow... It's glorious.

You realize you are a beautiful human inside and out, and that you are here for a reason. You realize everyone else is also here for their own special reason and that it's not your place to judge. You even realize that you've largely been led by your ego, which isn't your higher self.

And then... You find people in your soul tribe who understand. They challenge you in the best way. They appreciate you and celebrate your achievements. They don't let their egos lead their lives, so they, and you, THRIVE.
