French toast is a dish you can eat as is or choose to dress up a bit. We decided to top this batch of French toast with maple syrup, Cacao nibs and strawberries. You are free to add whatever you like to yours π
*The type of bread you use will determine how long it takes to cook your French toast.

When life gives you mac and cheese, make mac and cheese balls π. These came out so delicious and are a perfect way to use leftovers in a different way.
Take pre-made mac and cheese, add Flax egg and roll into balls. Pop in freezer for at least an hour. Make a wet batter with flour, water and seasonings and a dry batter with flour and seasonings. Coat mac and cheese balls first in wet batter and then dry batter. Heat grapeseed oil on stove. Add mac and cheese balls and turned until all sides and golden brown. Enjoy with whatever you choose. Can be made as an appetizer or with a meal.
Chikn tender sandwich ( tenders, mayo, lettuce, tomato, cheese on a bun) with homemade cajun fries. The video hardly does justice of this mouthwatering, crave satisfying meal. This is an gain and again type of dishπ€ͺπ€ͺπ€ͺ
This meal is on the vegan for the animals side and less on the achieving optimal health whole food plant based side π€£. Either way, its a winnerπ.
