Just cause you use yoni soap-oil-steam doesn’t mean your v-jay health is 10 🌟’s There are other moving parts to ensure good health:

🌸Practicing safe s3x will lower your chance of anything NOT wanted/needed

🌸Eating fresh fruit & veggies helps keep clean out and purifies your body inside n out (“you are what you eat”)

🌸Drink about 11c of water per day (approx 4 water bottles/day). This helps “wash” away impurities from your body

🌸Omg…. P.L.E.A.S.E do NOT do**he 🤦🏻‍♀️ you are washing away the good bacteria that is needed to help balance your pH. Use a sensitive soap formulated (aka Yoni soap) with anti-bacterial n anti-properties to help prevent an maintain good v-jay health. Also incorporate using Yoni Steam after your menstrual or giving birth.

💗Step 1): use yoni soap to wash the outside of your v-jay

💗Step 2): use yoni whipped sugar scrub 2-3x week to gently scrub away dead skin, preventing ingrown hair. Can also use as shaving cream

💗Step 3): pat dry and appt 1-3 drops of yoni oil to lock in moisture and keep odor and bacteria away

💗Step 4): use yoni steam 1-2 times a month to help relax an cleanse

A couple of things I do personally…I cut the plastic rings that soda n other drinks come in so animals n marine life can’t choke. I also do my best to recycle; rinsing out bottles then placing in recycle container, and making sure what’s going in there is actually recyclable.

I know this photo doesn’t look like much but behind the scenes.. I cried n cried.. had anxiety attack all due to ->Waking up at 12AM by excruciating tooth pain, having to miss a day of clinicals (that I some way have to make up into my already busy schedule), go to dentist to hopefully get some relief but then for them to pull my wisdom tooth, then race to the post office to mail out some orders (while still drooling n not feeling half my face) to now having to eat mashed potatoes n gravy for the next couple of days.. and that’s not even half of behind the scenes.

I share this cause this is reality. So many “perfect” profiles and videos etc we see, and the perfect captions to go with.
