Driver Appreciation Week was a smashing success at our Pacific Northwest Division in Tacoma, WA (Tri Pak Inc). We hired a FANTASTIC food truck and catered sandwiches for the drivers. Kings Fleet Services (Tri Pak's trailer repair vendor) supplied delicious pizzas. The events were well attended and received by the crew! Thanks to Rosie (Director of HR) and Andrew (CFO) for going up to show support from corporate! Thanks most of all to our terrific drivers!

We've moved! Tri Pak, Inc. in Tacoma, WA moved its corporate office to 1901 Taylor Way, Tacoma, WA 98421.

We are excited about the expansion of space, both in terms of office space and acreage. The Taylor Way facility is 9 acres with a 6,000sq ft office and approximately 72,000 sq feet of indoor warehouse space. It is centrally located within the Port of Tacoma. Warehouse, drayage, and brokerage are served out of one fantastic facility!

It is with deep sadness and heavy heart that I inform you of the passing of our beloved Vic La Rosa, CEO, President, and Co-Founder.

After a valiant fight against lung cancer, Vic peacefully passed away.

Vic was a crusader; he fought for cleaner air quality and received numerous awards throughout his career.
Our fleet of clean truck technologies are a tribute to Vic and his visions.
He was a leader; he was a driving force behind the success of our company.

Vic had a love for his family, friends, and employees. We have all suffered a terrible loss.

We will miss him more than words can express.

Margaret Sonnen, Regional Manager, Tri Pak Inc has been working in the industry since 1992, and originally owned Tri Pak before becoming a part of the Total Transportation Services family.

Tri Pak started with five employees, 1 location, and $100,000 in revenue. Margaret has grown it to 45 employees, 5 locations, and $8 million in revenue - and growing!

I am proud to be a part of the transportation industry as a woman. You would think that it's unique to be a woman in this industry, however, I have been lucky to be mentored and work with many amazing women.

My first mentor was Gerri Sanders, President of Tri Pak, Inc., in the late 80's early 90's. She taught me the importance of customer service and profit and loss reports!

Amber Weber is our warehouse manager, Chelsey Boyd is our brokerage manager, and we have women truck drivers. We also have several women running A/R, A/P, HR, and accounting. Dawn Chaussee is our accounting specialist, and she's been with us for close to 15 years!
