I lent these books to someone for teaching there kids how to read, who was it? If you have them please let me know asap! If you are looking to teach a kid to read these books are amazing! My Mom used them when I was a kid and I had Wyatt learn from them as well. He is way above his grade level in his reading ability now. They are available on Amazon. It has been a busy weekend. Very proud of everyone from my team at Ludusport and Grpl Club that put themselves out there and did their best in competition. We won, we lost, we will learn! I am grateful to be able to do this and help others as well. See you all in the gym tomorrow!

Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife! We also get to share fantastic news! She is pregnant! Come March, Wyatt will have a little brother or sister and we will have a bundle of joy!

It has been so awesome having my old high school wrestling teammate to train with! Ben was one of the upperclassmen that lead by example. We would wake up early and go to school before classes and run in the stadium or do whatever we could to get extra work in. It is great training with him again over 20 years later! It would be great to get more former FP Cardinals in here working hard and having fun!

Zac needs an opponent for his amateur MMA debut this Friday! Let me know if you might have someone! He was planning to do 185 but will do heavier since it is last minute.

Great catching up with these guys. Some of my first training partners and coaches. Training MMA with these guys were some great times. Truly formative for me as a young man. Now I am doing my best to do the same for the next generation!
