From the TPS Athletics Department:

All students must register for athletics using the FinalForms registration system. All incoming 6th graders and their families should have already received an invitation to create a FinalForms account. If you have not received an email invitation, first check your spam email folder, then contact TPS at [email protected] or 253-571-1123.

To practice and compete, students will need to have all of their forms completed and their valid sports physical submitted and reviewed. The summer is a great time to get the physical taken care of!
