A day long celebration of art and music. Hosted every year, in its 14th year. A day of art music and performances of all kinds.
Every year the Alder Arts Walk has been an amazing gathering featuring local artists and supporters. Started in 2007 organizing the event has been informally passed down as people arrive and move from Tacoma. It has always been an open event that is about sharing art and music in the community, we accept all sorts of submissions. Thank you to all who played the fest, submitted their art for showing, sold stuff at the flea market, allowed us to use your home, and to all who came! And thanks to all who played and came to the fundraisers.
This was truly a community event, and couldn’t have been done without everyone who supported ❤️

We're happy to announce that the 13th Annual Alder Arts Walk will be on Saturday, April 27 2019!! Stay tuned for more announcements about the line up and other details.
ALSO, our first fundraiser is this Friday, so come on out, listen to some sick local bands, and drink some beer!

It features interviews by So Pitted, Hana and the Goose, Criminal Code and American Nudism!

Excited to announce that Criminal Code, So Pitted, S***F REDUX, and Raica will all be playing this year on the walk! Look out for announcements about another fundraising event, the zine release and the full lineup.
Flyering tacoma
We are working on putting together a **zine** in order to fundraise for this year's Arts Walk! The zine will be submission based, and submissions should be somehow Arts Walk related i.e. an interview with a band that will be playing, an art work inspired by a previous walk, but this is not a very strict rule so feel free to get super creative!
Submissions will be due next week, as we try to prepare to have it done by the next fundraiser show!
