Roasted beets & butternut squash tossed in orange citronette with arugula, pickled red onions, cotija, and spiced pepitas.

Braised Pork Tlayuda 12.50
Spicy verde pork on a crispy flour tortilla with black bean puree, butternut squash, kale, oaxaca cheese, and pickled jalapeno peppers.

Beef Birria Rolls 12.00
Chile spiced beef birria stuffed into egg rolls with cabbage and oaxaca cheese. Served with beef consomme.

Shaved chayote, snap peas & strawberries tossed with spring greens in a berry vinaigrette. Topped with plantains sticks, pickled red onion, cotija and cilantro.

-Braised Ancho Pork Shoulder-
Rainier beer & ancho braised pork shoulder with spicy chile verde rice, carrot slaw, and oaxaca cheese.

-Black Bean & Plantain Sopes-
Plantain sopes stuffed with black beans, onions & Anaheim peppers topped with avocado crema and cotija cheese. Served with a small salad of spring greens, cotija & plantain sticks.

-Chicken Tinga Tostada-
Fried corn tortillas with melted jack, shredded tinga chicken, and a vegetable salad with red onions, carrots, yams & zucchini. Garnished with cotija, cilantro, and red bell pepper crema.

-Flan bañado con cojeta-
Caramel custard drizzled with house made cajeta.

Tacos Dorados de Papa
Garlic-jalapeno smashed potatoes folded into 4 corn tortillas, then golden fried. Topped with mixed cabbage, habanero crema, cilantro & cotija.

Winter Vegetable Enchilada
Butternut squash & black beans rolled into flour tortillas with anaheims, kale, onions, & jack cheese. Topped with pumpkin sauce, cotija & cilantro. Side salad of frisee, pickled peppers, and pineapple.

Posole de Camarones
Spicy stew with poached shrimp, chorizo, potato, hominy & kale. Served with a fistful of corn chips.
