For those that don't know. I am a trauma baker. Whenever I feel panicky, anxious or upset. I bake! So right now while we are waiting on this cat whatever hurricane. My house smells of chocolate chip cookies and will continue to do so until I have no power to do anymore. After that....well that's gonna depend on how much cookie dough I have made..I always have a pizza oven grill outside?

Caramel S'mores Bars aka OMG Bars | Buttermilk by Sam Vanilla bean marshmallow laced with dark chocolate, a layer of salted caramel on the bottom all held upright by a graham cracker crust.
