Pregnancy was not kind to my frame. I was pregnant 3 times in a 4 year period. This is me after miscarriage number 2. After Solomon's arrival, I was 280, hypertensive, battling Hasimotos Thyroiditis. In this photo, I was depressed, stressed, and a mess. What brought me out was the belief that I deserve to be well. Wellness is a mindset. Once I changed my mind, I was able to change my life.
