I love using IMBC for some cake projects and even on cupcakes, but my go-to is good ole ABC. I typically use no cream/milk until/unless I need to "fix" it. The real "secret" though, is that I tend to whip it til I get tired of hearing the mixer. 😐🤷🏾♀️😄
