🚨 Change of Location 🚨

The parent meeting will take place at Griffin Middle School at 6:30 p.m. We will meet in the band room.

Please pull in on the Alabama Street side of the school. If the fence is closed, push the call button to be let in. Pull around to the back side of the cafeteria and park near the fields. Someone will let you into the gate to get into the band room.

Once again, the parent meeting will be held at Griffin Middle School.

The parent meeting will be tonight, July 25th, at 6:30 pm at the Lake Jackson Community Center.

You will need to upload the following:

1. Participants Contract/Parental Consent Form (online)

2. Physical Fitness Medical History Form (online)
The Medical Physical Form no longer needs a doctor's signature and has been replaced by the Physical Fitness Medical History Form, which the parent signs

3. Proof of residency (New Participants)

4. Original and copy of Birth Certificate(New Participants only)

5. Copy of Report Card. Please below:

Big Bend still requires original report cards. Leon county school Focus app have purged all of their 2023-2024 records. Parents who did not upload and print out their child’s or children’s report must contact Leon county school board to request an official report with promotional status.
