🍋 Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Mint leaves for garnish

🍓 Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let the simple syrup cool to room temperature.
2. In a blender, combine the mixed berries, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Blend until smooth.
3. Strain the berry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any seeds and pulp.
4. Mix the strained berry mixture with the cooled simple syrup.
5. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or baking pan and place it in the freezer.
6. Every 30 minutes, remove the dish from the freezer and use a fork to scrape and mix the partially frozen sorbet. Repeat this process until the sorbet is completely frozen and has a smooth, slushy texture.
7. Serve the sorbet in chilled bowls or cups, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
